Short answer: the Ultimate Ears Boom 3, though neither ranks well in its class. It ranks #114 of 175 medium speakers by sound quality (rated 2.9/5) at $134.99 and is still sold new; the Tribit Stormbox Mini ranks #148 (rated 2.4/5) and is discontinued, so it is only an option used. The Tribit Stormbox Mini’s replacement, the Tribit Stormbox Mini+, is rated 2.5/5 at $31.99. Both are rated below 3.0/5 among the 175 medium speakers, and the EarFun Uboom L, ranked #2 at $49.79, is a better place to start if sound quality matters.
The Ultimate Ears Boom 3 is the better-sounding option. Rich and warm bass without muddying mix, crisp highs, excellent 15-hour battery life, stable Bluetooth connectivity, IP67 rated and floats, rugged fabric shell, can pair up to 150 speakers via PartyUp. It has an adjustable EQ, which the Tribit Stormbox Mini lacks. The catch: Not stereo, barely any bass, recessed treble.
What the Tribit Stormbox Mini does well: IPX7 waterproof, excellent battery life (12 hours), RGB LED lighting, app support with AAC codec, true wireless stereo (TWS) capability, USB-C charging. It supports AAC Bluetooth, which the Ultimate Ears Boom 3 lacks. It keeps a wired aux input, which the Ultimate Ears Boom 3 lacks. It charges over USB-C rather than Micro USB. Watch for: Lacking quite a bit of bass.
Buy the Ultimate Ears Boom 3. It is rated higher for sound quality; the Tribit Stormbox Mini is no longer sold new.

Pros: Rich and warm bass without muddying mix, crisp highs, excellent 15-hour battery life, stable Bluetooth connectivity, IP67 rated and floats, rugged fabric shell, can pair up to 150 speakers via PartyUp. Measured bass extension of 91Hz (-10dB).
Cons: Not stereo, barely any bass, recessed treble. You can tell from the micro USB that they are just feeding you the same crap hardware over and over, this is inexcusable for a product released in 2021. Lots of mentions of failing batteries on amazon. Not technically a 360 speaker, only front and rear.
