Short answer: the JBL PRX915. It ranks #10 of 62 15-inch pa speakers by sound quality, rated 3.9/5, at $999; the RCF ART 915-A ranks #17, rated 3.8/5, and costs $1,049, so there is little reason to consider the other one.
What the JBL PRX915 does well: High-quality vendor data shows a 4.77 ideal-subwoofer preference score with 51Hz measured extension, backed by JBL’s extensive service network and 12-band parametric EQ with dbx DriveRack feedback suppression carried over from the JBL PRX912. Watch for: Its measured preference trails the 12-inch JBL PRX912, and at 53.1 lbs (24.1 kg) it is meaningfully heavier to carry to a gig than the smaller model.
Why pick the RCF ART 915-A: The 15-inch model of RCF’s ART 9 line, with the same 2,100W bi-amplifier and 1.75” voice coil compression driver as the measured RCF ART 912-A and RCF ART 935-A. The tradeoff: No independent measurements yet, so it can’t be compared with ranked PA speakers.
Buy the JBL PRX915. It is rated higher for sound quality than the RCF ART 915-A and costs less, so it is the default pick unless a specific strength of the other one matters more to you.
About the ratings: the RCF ART 915-A’s rating is estimated from measured siblings and predecessors rather than its own measurements, with a likely range of 3.5 to 4.1, so this verdict could change once it is measured.

Same family: the RCF ART 910-A (smaller model, estimated 3.9/5), the RCF ART 912-A (smaller model, rated 4.1/5), the RCF ART 932-A (smaller model, rated 4.2/5), the RCF ART 935-A (larger model, ranked higher, rated 3.9/5) and the RCF ART 945-A (larger model, ranked higher, rated 4.4/5).
Pros: The 15-inch model of RCF’s ART 9 line, with the same 2,100W bi-amplifier and 1.75” voice coil compression driver as the measured RCF ART 912-A and RCF ART 935-A. RCF rates it at 131dB peak with bass to 45Hz, the deepest of the two-way ART 9 boxes, which helps for music without a subwoofer.
Cons: No independent measurements yet, so it can’t be compared with ranked PA speakers. At 22 kg it is the heaviest two-way ART 9 model, and like most 15-inch boxes its midrange coverage narrows more than the 10-inch and 12-inch versions.
