Short answer: the W-King D320. It ranks #51 of 175 medium speakers by sound quality, rated 3.6/5, at $52.92; the Ultimate Ears Wonderboom 2 ranks #111, rated 2.9/5, and costs $80, so there is not much of a tradeoff to weigh.
The W-King D320 is the better-sounding, longer-running choice. A 3.1 lbs (1.4 kg), IP67-rated travel speaker with claimed 40W output, USB-C charging, aux and microSD playback, speakerphone capability and an app with adjustable EQ. It is rated for 24 hours of battery against 12 for the Ultimate Ears Wonderboom 2. It keeps a wired aux input, which the Ultimate Ears Wonderboom 2 lacks. It has an adjustable EQ, which the Ultimate Ears Wonderboom 2 lacks. The tradeoff: A single D320 is not stereo, and its warm balance trades away some detail and upper-treble air.
The Ultimate Ears Wonderboom 2 is the lighter choice. IP67 rated and floats. At 0.9 lbs (420 g) it weighs much less than the W-King D320 at 3.1 lbs (1.4 kg). The catch: Not stereo, barely any bass, recessed treble.
Buy the W-King D320. It is rated higher for sound quality than the Ultimate Ears Wonderboom 2 and costs less, so it is the default pick unless a specific strength of the other one matters more to you.

W-King D320: $52.92 AliExpress $52.92 eBay
Pros: A 1.4kg, IP67-rated travel speaker with claimed 40W output, USB-C charging, aux and microSD playback, speakerphone capability and an app with adjustable EQ. Owner reports praise its loud, deep-for-size bass and long runtime, while its two tweeters and passive radiators make it a capable choice for casual outdoor listening.
Cons: A single D320 is not stereo, and its warm balance trades away some detail and upper-treble air. The claimed 100Hz low-frequency specification suggests that its perceived bass should not be mistaken for true sub-bass; evaluate its tuning with the app rather than expecting a neutral default.

Older model: the Ultimate Ears Wonderboom (ranked lower, rated 2.9/5). See every Ultimate Ears Wonderboom, Boom and Megaboom generation.
Pros: IP67 rated and floats. Compact and light enough to toss in a bag. Measured bass extension of 82Hz (-10dB).
Cons: Not stereo, barely any bass, recessed treble. Slightly boosted 93Hz upper bass Dip at 9kHz. You can tell from the micro USB that they are just feeding you the same crap hardware over and over, this is inexcusable for a product released in 2019. Not technically a 360 speaker, only front and rear.
