Short answer: the W-King D320. It ranks #51 of 175 medium speakers by sound quality, rated 3.6/5, at $52.92; the Ultimate Ears Wonderboom 3 ranks #110, rated 2.9/5, and costs $79.99, so there is little reason to consider the other one.
The W-King D320 is the better-sounding, longer-running pick. A 3.1 lbs (1.4 kg), IP67-rated travel speaker with claimed 40W output, USB-C charging, aux and microSD playback, speakerphone capability and an app with adjustable EQ. It is rated for 24 hours of battery against 14 for the Ultimate Ears Wonderboom 3. It keeps a wired aux input, which the Ultimate Ears Wonderboom 3 lacks. It has an adjustable EQ, which the Ultimate Ears Wonderboom 3 lacks. The tradeoff: A single D320 is not stereo, and its warm balance trades away some detail and upper-treble air.
The Ultimate Ears Wonderboom 3 is the lighter option. IP67 rated, floats, and is rated to survive a 5 ft drop onto hard surfaces. At 0.9 lbs (420 g) it weighs much less than the W-King D320 at 3.1 lbs (1.4 kg). The tradeoff: Not stereo, barely any bass.
Buy the W-King D320. It is rated higher for sound quality than the Ultimate Ears Wonderboom 3 and costs less, which makes it the one to get unless you need something the other one does better.

W-King D320: $52.92 AliExpress $52.92 eBay
Pros: A 1.4kg, IP67-rated travel speaker with claimed 40W output, USB-C charging, aux and microSD playback, speakerphone capability and an app with adjustable EQ. Owner reports praise its loud, deep-for-size bass and long runtime, while its two tweeters and passive radiators make it a capable choice for casual outdoor listening.
Cons: A single D320 is not stereo, and its warm balance trades away some detail and upper-treble air. The claimed 100Hz low-frequency specification suggests that its perceived bass should not be mistaken for true sub-bass; evaluate its tuning with the app rather than expecting a neutral default.

Pros: IP67 rated, floats, and is rated to survive a 5 ft drop onto hard surfaces. 14 hour battery: longer than the Ultimate Ears Wonderboom 2. Measured bass extension of 76Hz (-10dB).
Cons: Not stereo, barely any bass. Boosted 93Hz upper bass. Cuts bass heavily at high volume. You can tell from the micro USB that they are just feeding you the same crap hardware over and over, this is inexcusable for a product released in 2022. Not technically a 360 speaker, only front and rear.
