At 3.3 lbs (1.5 kg) it weighs much less than the W-King T9 at 10.1 lbs (4.6 kg). It is rated IPX7, while the W-King T9 has no water resistance. It links with other speakers (PartyCast up to 100 speakers), which the W-King T9 cannot. The catch: Independent lab listening finds only fair music fidelity: bass is somewhat boomy and lacks deep extension, mids can sound nasal and congested, and treble becomes smeared or sizzly.

It is rated for 24 hours of battery against 16 for the Soundcore Select Pro. It keeps a wired aux input, which the Soundcore Select Pro lacks. The tradeoff: Peaks in the upper mids which makes it sound a bit harsh.
Buy the W-King T9, since the Soundcore Select Pro is discontinued and only worth hunting down used.
