Short answer: the Yulong DA10. It ranks #14 of 43 DAC and headphone amp combos by measured performance, rated 4.6/5, at $1,092. The Gustard A20H ranks #25, rated 4.2/5, at $752, $340 cheaper, which does not close the gap in measured performance.
The Yulong DA10 is the better-sounding choice. Audio Science Review measured 112 dB SINAD, clean for nearly all listening. The tradeoff: The Fosi Audio ZH3 rates higher with slightly better measured SINAD for much less.
What the Gustard A20H does well: A rated 2.4 W balanced into 32 ohms and 264 mW into 300 ohms is enough for planar magnetic and high impedance headphones alike. Watch for: Its 103 dB SINAD trails many cheaper rivals, and the Tanchjim Luna rates higher with cleaner measurements for a small fraction of the price.
Buy the Yulong DA10. It is rated higher, and the $340 saving on the Gustard A20H is not enough to make up the difference.
