The Soundcore Glow is the better-sounding option. Nice light show. It supports AAC Bluetooth, which the Ultimate Ears Boom 4 lacks. Watch for: Bass falls off quickly at louder volumes, leaving mostly treble; distortion on bass-heavy tracks at full volume.
The Ultimate Ears Boom 4 is the lighter pick. IP67 rated, floats, and finally charges via USB-C instead of the older Booms’ Micro-USB. At 1.4 lbs (620 g) it weighs noticeably less than the Soundcore Glow at 1.8 lbs (800 g). It plays in stereo from a single unit, unlike the Soundcore Glow. The catch: Not much improvement over the old ones.
Buy the Ultimate Ears Boom 4, since the Soundcore Glow is discontinued and only worth hunting down used.

Pros: Nice light show. Treble boosted 7db. Not technically a 360 speaker, only front and rear. Measured bass extension of 54Hz (-10dB).
Cons: Bass falls off quickly at louder volumes, leaving mostly treble; distortion on bass-heavy tracks at full volume. Light effects and bass-boost noticeably shorten battery life. USB-C port doesn’t support power-bank charging. Discontinued and no longer sold new.
