Short answer: the JBL Authentics 300. It ranks #44 of 98 boombox speakers by sound quality (rated 3.5/5) at $499.95 and is still sold new; the W-King H10 ranks #75 (rated 2.7/5) and is discontinued, so it is only an option used.
The JBL Authentics 300 is the better-sounding, deeper-bass pick. Integrates both Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant simultaneously (rare for smart speakers). Its bass reaches about 45Hz before falling 10dB, against 54Hz for the W-King H10. It links with other speakers (Wi-Fi Multi-Room), which the W-King H10 cannot. The tradeoff: Narrow sounding, bass not as deep as others.
The W-King H10 is the louder, longer-running option. Comes with wireless microphone. Alan Ross Reviews measured it at 115dB at full volume, against 100dB for the JBL Authentics 300. It is rated for 24 hours of battery against 8 for the JBL Authentics 300. At 7.1 lbs (3.2 kg) it weighs noticeably less than the JBL Authentics 300 at 10.8 lbs (4.9 kg). The tradeoff: Not very deep bass.
Buy the JBL Authentics 300. It is rated higher for sound quality and still sold new, while the W-King H10 is discontinued.
Water resistance is not close: the W-King H10 is rated at IPX6 (powerful water jets), well ahead of the JBL Authentics 300 at no water resistance.

W-King H10: $215 Discontinued eBay
Pros: Comes with wireless microphone. Loud. Measured bass extension of 54Hz (-10dB).
Cons: Not very deep bass. Boosted upper bass. Upper midrange dips. Distorts above medium volumes. No water rating. Discontinued and sold out everywhere, including direct from W-King.
