#16 SMSL SU-8s Discontinued eBay
Pros: Audio Science Review measured a SINAD of 120 dB, so its noise and distortion are inaudible and it is effectively transparent. It offers balanced outputs, Bluetooth input with aptX HD and USB, optical, coaxial inputs.
Cons: Discontinued, so it is mainly found used. It has no headphone output, so it needs a separate headphone amp.
