#13 SMSL DL200 eBay
Pros: Audio Science Review measured a SINAD of 122 dB, so noise and distortion are inaudible and it is fully transparent. It doubles as a headphone amp with 6.35 mm and 4.4 mm balanced jacks rated at 1,500 mW into 32 ohms, enough for most planar magnetic headphones. Inputs cover USB-C, optical, coaxial and Bluetooth 5.1 with LDAC, aptX Adaptive, aptX HD and AAC, feeding RCA and balanced line outputs.
Cons: At over 1.3 kg and more than 22 cm wide, it takes up real desk space. The SMSL SU-10 and SMSL D400ES rate the same with slightly higher SINAD, so the built in headphone amp is the main reason to pick this one.
