Pros: A sealed 15 inch subwoofer with forceful, tight bass, front or down firing setup, and app based room correction, now discontinued. It uses a 15 inch driver with a 900W RMS, 1800W peak amplifier. Measured output averages 120.5dB from 40 to 80Hz and still reaches 99.4dB at 20Hz. It can be set up forward firing or down firing, and the smartphone app adds Anthem Room Correction. An optional SWT-X module adds wireless connection.

Cons: Output falls to 86.2dB at 15Hz, so the very lowest effects are weaker than the strong midbass numbers suggest. At 25.4 kg and about 51 cm tall it needs a good amount of space. The price is high for a sealed 15 inch design, $1607. Wireless needs an extra purchase, and it is discontinued, so it has to be bought used.
