Short answer: the SVS 3000 Micro. It ranks #6 of 73 subwoofers by sound quality (rated 3.7/5) at $799 and is still sold new; the GoldenEar ForceField 3 ranks #24 (rated 3.4/5) and is discontinued, so it is only an option used. The GoldenEar ForceField 3’s replacement, the GoldenEar ForceField 30, is rated 3.4/5 at $599.99.
The SVS 3000 Micro is the better-sounding option. A tiny sealed subwoofer with two opposing 8 inch drivers, small enough to tuck beside furniture while adding upper bass weight. Watch for: Deep-bass output is more limited than the strong 40-80 Hz result suggests, so it is not the right choice when the lowest movie effects are the priority.
What the GoldenEar ForceField 3 does well: A discontinued compact 8 inch subwoofer with a passive radiator that adds midbass support to a modest system. Watch for: Without a published 20 Hz result, deep-bass capability is less certain than the midbass figure.
Buy the SVS 3000 Micro. It is rated higher for sound quality; the GoldenEar ForceField 3 is no longer sold new.
