Pros: A ported 12 inch subwoofer with deep, powerful bass that fills large rooms, plus app control, now discontinued but worth buying used. It has a 550W RMS amplifier and is rated down to 16Hz, with 113dB at 20Hz and about 120dB average from 40 to 63Hz. The high excursion driver gives it room to pressurize large rooms. The SVS app provides DSP functions and control from a phone.
Cons: The cabinet is about 531mm tall, 439mm wide and 589mm deep and weighs 29.8kg. A ported design can add port noise at high output. It is discontinued, so it can only be bought used. The SVS PB-2000 PRO replaces it and is sold new.
