Pros: A small 8 inch ported subwoofer with built in room EQ, now discontinued. The 8-inch ported driver and 180W RMS amplifier measure 107.0dB average CEA-2010 output from 40 to 63Hz. Velodyne’s parametric EQ is built in for room correction, and the listed response is 32-135Hz.
Cons: Output falls to 89.3dB at 31.5Hz and was not measured lower, so it cannot deliver deep movie bass. At 20.0kg it is heavy for an 8 inch subwoofer, and it costs a lot for its output. It is discontinued, so buying means finding one used.
