Brand: Power Sound Audio

#51 Power Sound Audio (PSA) XS30SE: $4,495 Discontinued eBay

Same family: the Power Sound Audio (PSA) XS15 (smaller subwoofer, rated 4.1/5), the Power Sound Audio (PSA) XS15SE (smaller subwoofer, rated 3.9/5) and the Power Sound Audio (PSA) XS30 (smaller subwoofer, ranked higher, rated 4.3/5).

Pros: A sealed dual 15 inch subwoofer with tight, powerful bass in a cabinet compact for its driver count. Published CEA-2010 specifications list 110.6 dB at 20 Hz and 122.2 dB (avg of 3/4 bands) through 40-80 Hz. The sealed enclosure with 2x 15” (381mm) driver has the headroom for demanding film bass in a large room.

Cons: The 571.5H x 609.6W x 457.2D mm cabinet and 49.4 kg mass make this a serious placement and moving commitment. A sealed cabinet still needs careful placement and calibration to avoid room-mode peaks. Discontinued.
