Pros: This is a soundbar that treats music as seriously as movies, and Tom’s Guide named it their favorite launch of the year for exactly that reason. Dialogue sounds natural and the stage spreads well beyond the bar, with fuller bass than most all-in-one bars according to TechRadar. Streaming is broad, with AirPlay 2, Google Cast, Spotify Connect and Tidal Connect, plus an HDMI passthrough and analog input.

Cons: Height effects are modest, and Tom’s Guide found Sonos Arc Ultra more convincing for Atmos movies. What Hi-Fi heard bright, sibilant treble and a lack of punch, so action scenes can sound less dramatic than the size suggests. It is a large, heavy bar that needs a deep shelf.
