The Everse 12 out-ranks the Bromley 750 and is dramatically lighter at 14.2 kg (31.3 lbs) against 23.9 kg (52.7 lbs) - well under two-thirds the weight - while matching it on paper at a 400W rating. Our own notes call the Everse 12 the best-sounding extremely loud speaker we’ve covered, using a high-efficiency compression driver to reach 2-3x the volume of a typical speaker at the same wattage. The Bromley 750’s own notes, by contrast, flag its bass and overall frequency response as unremarkable.
The Bromley 750 wins decisively on battery life. 40-plus hours against the Everse 12’s 12-plus - more than triple. It also adds true stereo sound and even, all-around dispersion, where the Everse 12 is a mono, forward-projecting design like most PA speakers in its class.
Both carry real XLR-level input for microphones and instruments, and both are built more like small PA rigs than party boxes.
Buy the Everse 12 for the better-rated, lighter, more efficient speaker. Buy the Bromley 750 if all-day battery life and true stereo matter more to you than outright sound quality.
If sound quality matters at all to you, skip the Marshall Bromley 750. It ranks near the bottom of the 11 large party speakers, so look higher up the list instead.

Marshall Bromley 750: $1299.99 Amazon
Pros: Much wider, more consistent off-axis dispersion than the JBL Partybox 720, which only fires forward - the Marshall’s standout feature, sounding about the same from any angle.
Cons: Not as deep bass as the JBL Partybox 330 or JBL Partybox 720. Not a great frequency response overall, with some midrange peaks. Only basic bass/treble controls, no full custom EQ like the JBL Partybox 720’s app. Default bass (dynamic mode) is overdone out of the box and needs trimming.

Pros: Good midrange and treble. The best sounding extremely loud speaker available. High efficiency drivers reach 2-3x the volume of typical speakers for the same wattage.
Cons: Not stereo. Designed for more loudness than deep bass.
