Short answer: the Charge 6, and the ranking gap is large. It ranks #11 of 135 medium speakers at $199.95; the ULT Field 3 ranks #57 at $148, $52 less.
The ULT Field 3 has a genuinely useful feature set. IP67 rating, a 24-hour battery, a 10-band app EQ, and Party Connect for up to 100 speakers. Our notes describe the sound itself as a bit hollow with some boosted treble.
The Charge 6 is described as more neutral than the Charge 5 it replaced, flatter through the mids and treble, though it still has some boosted bass by default and gets bright above 2kHz.
Buy the Charge 6 for the meaningfully better measured sound. Buy the ULT Field 3 if the feature list and the lower price matter more to you.

The Two Speakers In Full
JBL Charge 6: $149.95 Amazon Bhphotovideo
Pros: Seems more neutral than the Charge 5. Flatter frequency response through the mids and treble as the Charge 5 was quite rolled off up high. Use this EQ from Joy/Oluv and turn down the lowest bass slider for the best sound quality. Oluv has even more paid EQs specifically for the GG and TL models indoors and outdoors here
Cons: Still some boosted bass by default. Mids are recessed. Bright above 2khz. Quite a V shaped frequency response.
