Short answer: the Soundcore Motion+ for the better all-round sound. It was the previous best sounding speaker in its class and is still a great speaker with separate tweeters, while the Bogasing M4 needs its super bass mode before it sounds balanced and is otherwise a bit harsh and thin. The Motion+ is still not quite as neutral or detailed as the Uboom L.
Buy the Soundcore Motion+ only if you find one used in good condition; both are discontinued, and it is the better rated of the two. For a new speaker, buy the Soundcore Motion 300, which replaces the Soundcore Motion+.
There is a real battery-life gap here: the Bogasing M4 is rated for 24 hours, the Soundcore Motion+ only 12 hours.
