Short answer: the Soundcore Motion+, which stays a great speaker for less. It was the previous best sounding in its class and still has separate tweeters, though it is not quite as neutral or detailed as the Uboom L. The Denon Envaya DSB-250BT matches it on neutrality and soundstage, but our notes call it expensive.
Buy the Denon Envaya DSB-250BT or the Soundcore Motion+, whichever you find used in better condition; both are discontinued. For a new speaker, buy the Soundcore Motion 300, which replaces the Soundcore Motion+.
