Short answer: the Motion+ for its separate tweeters, the Boost upgraded on value. The Motion+ was the previous best sounding in its class and is still a great speaker with separate tweeters, though it is not quite as neutral or detailed as the Uboom L. The Boost upgraded is a very neutral, good sounding small speaker with quite deep bass for its size, but a slight DSP issue makes bass get lighter at times at very low volumes.
Buy the Soundcore Boost “upgraded” 2021 or the Soundcore Motion+, whichever you find used in better condition; both are discontinued. For a new speaker, buy the Soundcore Motion 300, which replaces the Soundcore Motion+.
