Pros: The horn-loaded center tweeter keeps voices clear and forward, which RTINGS singled out for TV and dialogue. Up-firing drivers and four inch woofers give a big, spacious sound for a single bar, and Sound & Vision called the overall sound unusually refined for the money. It grows into a full system with Klipsch’s Flexus sub and surrounds.

Cons: Bass is plentiful but loose, so What Hi-Fi found rivals more nuanced, and Sound & Vision needed EQ to stop it booming. There is no Wi-Fi, so streaming relies on Bluetooth, and there is no DTS:X or room calibration. It is heavy and wide.
