#381 Kinera NOTT Phantom: $430 eBay
Pros: An 8 mm dynamic and four balanced armature IEM with a preference score of 76 across two measurements. Bass is full to 20 Hz with a 2.2 dB upper bass lift, and the midrange is close to target.
Cons: Presence and lower treble sit about 2.5 dB low with a 4.6 dB dip near 3.2 kHz, then an 8.8 dB peak near 11.5 kHz, so vocals recede while the top end sparkles. It costs about $430 and is hard to find outside Europe.

Frequency Response
How the Kinera NOTT Phantom measures across the audible range, against the Harman in-ear target that most listeners prefer in blind tests. Where the line sits above the target that range sounds louder (more bass, brighter treble), below it quieter. The curve is the average of 2 independent measurements, and both lines are shifted so their 500 Hz to 2 kHz average sits at 0 dB.
Measurement data: the average of 2 independent measurements from the squig.link databases of dl and soundcheck39. Thanks to each of them for publishing their work.
