The Sony plays louder than a Partybox Ultimate and includes a wireless microphone, but its bass is not as deep and it loses more bass at high volume than even the lower end Partybox speakers. The Rockster goes deeper and is the loudest battery powered speaker, though it is extremely heavy, not stereo and only available in Europe.
Buy the Sony ULT Tower 10 if you want one new; the Teufel Rockster is discontinued, so only look for it used.
