Short answer: the JBL Partybox 1000. It ranks #2 of 11 large party speakers by sound quality; the Teufel Rockster ranks #7.
What the JBL Partybox 1000 gets right: Handle and wheels are convenient. Right up there with the Partybox Ultimate, this was the previous speaker in that size. Set against that: Very large and heavy. No battery. No app. Note, JBL daisychain is not compatible with any other non-JBL speaker and is possibly a fully digital signal.
What the Teufel Rockster offers: Loudest battery powered speaker. Deeper bass than the Soundboks 2/3. The catch: Extremely heavy, not easy to carry. Not stereo. Only available in Europe.
Buy the JBL Partybox 1000 if sound quality matters more than the price. Buy the Teufel Rockster if the price matters more than sound quality.
