Short answer: the Marshall Bromley 750 for even sound from any angle, the Teufel Rockster for volume. The Marshall’s standout feature is much wider, more consistent off-axis dispersion than a forward-firing JBL Partybox 720, though its bass is not as deep as a Partybox 330 or 720. The Rockster is the loudest battery powered speaker with deeper bass than a Soundboks 2 or 3, but it is extremely heavy, not stereo and only available in Europe.
Buy the Marshall Bromley 750, since the Teufel Rockster is discontinued and only worth hunting down used.
Water resistance is not close: the Marshall Bromley 750 is rated at IP54 (splashing), well ahead of the Teufel Rockster at no water resistance.

Pros: Much wider, more consistent off-axis dispersion than the JBL Partybox 720, which only fires forward: the Marshall’s standout feature, sounding about the same from any angle.
Cons: Not as deep bass as the JBL Partybox 330 or JBL Partybox 720. Not a great frequency response overall, with some midrange peaks. Only basic bass/treble controls, no full custom EQ like the JBL Partybox 720’s app. Default bass (dynamic mode) is overdone out of the box and needs trimming.
