Short answer: the Soundcore Boost upgraded, unless you want the A1’s deeper bass. The Boost costs $60 and is a very neutral, good sounding small speaker with quite deep bass for the size, though a slight DSP issue lets bass get lighter at very low volumes. The Beosound A1 at $200 digs deeper than the A1 2nd gen, but it is not stereo, is less neutral, and shows pumping artifacts above 60% volume.
Buy the Soundcore Boost “upgraded” 2021 only if you find one used in good condition; both are discontinued, and it is the better rated of the two. For a new speaker, start with the Earfun Uboom L instead.
There is a real battery-life gap here: the B&O Beosound A1 is rated for 24 hours, the Soundcore Boost “upgraded” 2021 only 12 hours.

Older model: the Soundcore Boost “original model” pre-2021 (ranked lower, rated 4.2/5).
Pros: A very neutral good sounding inexpensive small speaker with quite deep bass for the size. This upgraded version has a usb-c port while the old one has micro usb. Measured bass extension of 56Hz (-10dB).
Cons: Slight DSP tuning issue which makes bass get lighter at times at very low volumes, examples in oluv’s video. Discontinued and no longer sold new.

Newer model: the B&O Beosound A1 3rd gen, ranked lower, rated 4.1/5.
Pros: Deeper bass than the A1 2nd gen. Measured bass extension of 50Hz (-10dB).
Cons: Not stereo. Not quite as neutral as the A1 2nd gen. Pumping sound artifacts above 60% volume, only good for lower listening levels. Discontinued.
