Short answer: the Soundcore Boom 2. It ranks #10 of 77 large speakers by sound quality at $99.99; the Harman Kardon Citation 200 ranks #13 and costs $130, so there is not much of a tradeoff to weigh.
What the Soundcore Boom 2 gets right: Pretty deep bass for the size. The catch: Only a single midrange driver, so you only get stereo for the tweeters.
What the Harman Kardon Citation 200 offers: Deeper bass than any Onyx. Watch for: Overly boomy by default, you can short press the Bluetooth and volume down buttons simultaneously to decrease the bass, and the Bluetooth and volume up buttons simultaneously to increase it.
Buy the Soundcore Boom 2. It ranks higher for sound quality than the Harman Kardon Citation 200 and costs less, so there is no real case for the other one.
If battery life is a priority, the Soundcore Boom 2 is rated for 24 hours versus 8 hours for the Harman Kardon Citation 200.
If water resistance matters to you, the Soundcore Boom 2 at IPX7 (brief submersion) holds up far better than the Harman Kardon Citation 200 at IPX4 (splashing).

Soundcore Boom 2: $99.99 Amazon Bhphotovideo
Pros: Pretty deep bass for the size. Cool lights in the side passive radiators. For the best sound quality use Oluv’s EQ or Alan Ross’s EQ. With the stock tuning, this speaker would rank around #24, due to the boosted bass and rising treble.
Cons: Only a single midrange driver, so you only get stereo for the tweeters. Sound processing issues with inconsistent bass notes that disappear at low levels like the Soundcore Boom and Soundcore Boost, not great for listening at low levels. Quite bass heavy with BassUp turned on, I’d recommend turning it off. A little bit of a bright tuning in the treble, about +5db.
