Short answer: the Vifa Helsinki for midrange and treble, the Boom 2 unless you accept its app caveats. The Helsinki is generally regarded as having the best midrange and treble sound quality of any battery powered Bluetooth speaker, but it has no TWS pairing and needs a hacked Vifa app to enable the night mode that makes it sound good. The Boom 2 has pretty deep bass for the size, though only its tweeters play stereo.
Buy the Soundcore Boom 2 new; the Vifa Helsinki is no longer sold new, so it only makes sense as a used find.
There is a real gap in water resistance: the Soundcore Boom 2 at IPX7 (brief submersion) against the Vifa Helsinki, which has no water resistance.
