Short answer: the KEF Muo gen2, if you are buying new. The Minirig 3 ranks higher than it (#8 vs #94 of 164 medium speakers, 4.3/5 vs 3.1/5) but is discontinued, so only consider it used; the KEF Muo gen2 is still sold new at $249.99.
The Minirig 3 is the better-sounding, lighter option. Modular, can easily attach a subwoofer. At 1.2 lbs (550 g) it weighs noticeably less than the KEF Muo gen2 at 1.6 lbs (740 g). It keeps a wired aux input, which the KEF Muo gen2 lacks. The tradeoff: Calls itself splash resistant and has no official water rating.
The KEF Muo gen2 is the tougher pick. KEF seemed to have fixed the rolled off treble and overall balance. It is rated IP67 against Splash resistant for the Minirig 3. It supports aptX Adaptive Bluetooth, which the Minirig 3 lacks. It plays in stereo from a single unit, unlike the Minirig 3. Watch for: Lacking deeper bass.
Buy the KEF Muo gen2 if you want one new; the Minirig 3 is discontinued, so only look for it used.

Minirig 3: $140 Discontinued eBay
Newer model: the Minirig 4, ranked higher, rated 4.3/5.
Pros: Modular, can easily attach a subwoofer. Measured bass extension of 53Hz (-10dB).
Cons: Not stereo. Calls itself splash resistant and has no official water rating. App is buggy. Wireless TWS pairing is buggy. A bit expensive. Has reliability issues more often than any other speaker. Discontinued; Minirig now sells only the Minirig 4, and the old product page redirects to it.

KEF Muo gen2: $249.99 Amazon eBay
Pros: KEF seemed to have fixed the rolled off treble and overall balance
Cons: Lacking deeper bass. Very thuddy bass. Appears to be the exact same hardware but with updated tuning. Bass distorts as volume increases, and the claimed 43Hz extension is really only audible at low listening volumes, with a few seconds of lag after volume changes. Loses most of its bass off-axis. Customer reviews are mixed, ranging from praise for detail at low volume to complaints of a boxy, hollow sound.
