Short answer: both are discontinued, so this only matters if you are buying used. Used, the Denon Envaya DSB-250BT is the better pick: it ranks #6 of 179 medium speakers by sound quality (rated 4.4/5), against #8 (rated 4.3/5) for the Minirig 3. If you want one new, the Minirig 4 replaces the Minirig 3 and is rated 4.3/5 at $229.95.
Buy the Denon Envaya DSB-250BT only if you find one used in good condition; both are discontinued, and it is the better rated of the two. For a new speaker, buy the Minirig 4, which replaces the Minirig 3.
There is a real battery-life gap here: the Minirig 3 is rated for 30 hours, the Denon Envaya DSB-250BT only 13 hours.
Water resistance is not close: the Denon Envaya DSB-250BT is rated at IP67 (brief submersion), well ahead of the Minirig 3 at Splash resistant (splashing).
