Short answer: the Marshall Stockwell II for natural tone and off-axis consistency. It is called possibly the most natural sounding Marshall speaker with excellent off-axis behavior, though it is not stereo, not very loud and uses added DSP reverb that audio purists may find annoying. The DALI Katch G2 is pretty neutral but loses bass after 40% volume and is called horribly overpriced.
Buy the Marshall Stockwell II. It is rated higher for sound quality than the DALI Katch G2 and costs less, which makes it the one to get unless you need something the other one does better.
If battery life is a priority, the DALI Katch G2 is rated for 30 hours versus 20 hours for the Marshall Stockwell II.
There is a real gap in water resistance: the DALI Katch G2 at IPX7 (brief submersion) against the Marshall Stockwell II, which has IPX4 (splashing).
