Short answer: the Vifa Helsinki for midrange and treble, the Stockwell II for practicality. The Helsinki is generally regarded as having the best midrange and treble of any battery powered Bluetooth speaker, but it has no TWS pairing, requires a hacked Vifa app to enable the night mode that makes it sound good, and looks like a purse. The Stockwell II may be the most natural sounding Marshall speaker, though it is not stereo.
Buy the Marshall Stockwell II if you want one new; the Vifa Helsinki is discontinued, so only look for it used.
Water resistance is not close: the Marshall Stockwell II is rated at IPX4 (splashing), well ahead of the Vifa Helsinki at no water resistance.
