Short answer: the Tribit Stormbox Lava for bass extension, the Stockwell II for balance. The Lava offers fantastic bass extension but is quite heavy for its size. The Stockwell II may be the most natural sounding Marshall speaker, though it is not stereo.
Buy the Tribit Stormbox Lava. It is rated higher for sound quality than the Marshall Stockwell II and costs less, so only choose the other one for a particular feature it does better.
Water resistance is not close: the Tribit Stormbox Lava is rated at IP67 (brief submersion), well ahead of the Marshall Stockwell II at IPX4 (splashing).
