Short answer: the Minirig 4 with subwoofer for balance and USB-C, the Tribit Stormbox Lava for bass. The Lava has fantastic bass extension but is quite heavy for its size, and it costs $150.01 less. The Minirig is very balanced and charges over USB-C, though it is not stereo and its app is buggy.
Buy the Tribit Stormbox Lava. Both are rated the same for sound quality, and it costs $150.01 less than the Minirig 4 with subwoofer.
If water resistance matters to you, the Tribit Stormbox Lava at IP67 (brief submersion) holds up far better than the Minirig 4 with subwoofer at Splash resistant (splashing).
