#71 Shanling MG20: $39 eBay
Pros: A 10 mm dynamic IEM at about $39 with a preference score of 82 and only 1.39 dB average deviation across two measurements. Bass is full to 20 Hz and every band stays within 2 dB of target, and a USB C version with mic was offered too.
Cons: It is sold out at Amazon, HiFiGo and Linsoul. A 3.2 dB dip near 6.7 kHz and a 3.1 dB peak near 5 kHz add mild treble unevenness, and the cable is not detachable on the USB C version.

Frequency Response
How the Shanling MG20 measures across the audible range, against the Harman in-ear target that most listeners prefer in blind tests. Where the line sits above the target that range sounds louder (more bass, brighter treble), below it quieter. The curve is the average of 2 independent measurements, and both lines are shifted so their 500 Hz to 2 kHz average sits at 0 dB.
Measurement data: the average of 2 independent measurements from the squig.link databases of atechreviews and soundcheck39. Thanks to each of them for publishing their work.
