#170 Motorola Moto Buds+: $129.99 TWS Amazon $129.99 eBay
Pros: ANC earbuds with dual dynamic drivers, LHDC and Bluetooth 5.3 whose sub bass and bass sit about 1.5 dB above target for a full low end, while presence stays within 1 dB. Battery life is 8 hours, 38 with the case.
Cons: Upper bass is about 2.2 dB high and a 5.2 dB peak near 7.7 kHz can add some sibilance. There is no AAC, so iPhones use SBC, and the score rests on a single measurement.

Frequency Response
How the Motorola Moto Buds+ measures across the audible range, against the Harman in-ear target that most listeners prefer in blind tests. Where the line sits above the target that range sounds louder (more bass, brighter treble), below it quieter. The curve is a single measurement, and both lines are shifted so their 500 Hz to 2 kHz average sits at 0 dB.
Measurement data: a single measurement from the squig.link database of filk. Thanks to them for publishing their work.
