Short answer: the J12A for nearly everyone, the h-12 only for a specific networked-install job. These rank #30 and #37 of 83 12-inch PA speakers, and the price gap between them is enormous at $5,550.
The h-12 is a premium networked cabinet built for permanent installs. It runs a 4-inch beryllium-diaphragm compression driver with Dante/AES connectivity and 96kHz networked DSP over Ethernet/IP, genuinely premium features that justify part of its price. But at 77.6 lbs (35.2 kg) it is exceptionally heavy for a 12-inch box, its published 125dB measured peak is modest beside mainstream competitors, and low-quality vendor data still only produces a 5.90 preference score with roughly 63Hz measured extension, not dramatically ahead of far cheaper speakers in this size class.
The J12A is the practical value pick. It is a light, affordable cabinet with medium-quality vendor Spinorama coverage and 54Hz measured bass extension, deeper than the h-12’s, plus a simple mixer and monitor angle that suit small bands, speech systems and rehearsal spaces. Its 5.20 preference score and uneven supplied response keep it below the more refined choices in this size class, and its output, processing and cabinet construction are oriented toward value rather than demanding touring use.
Buy the J12A if you want an affordable, portable speaker for small-venue or rehearsal use and do not need networked audio.
Buy the h-12 only if you are deploying a Dante/AES networked install and the beryllium driver and remote monitoring justify the price and weight.

Frequency Response Compared
