Short answer: the Tribit Stormbox Pro, unless you need the Xdobo X8 Max’s output or waterproofing. The X8 Max is rated 100W with IPX7, a 15-hour battery, a 20,000mAh capacity that doubles as a power bank, and Bluetooth 5.0, but it has overly boosted bass and thin, harsh highs. The Stormbox Pro runs 24 hours at 60% volume with XBass off, though its bottom woofer was fixed in a later firmware, so upgrade for the best sound. The Tribit Stormbox Pro is discontinued; its replacement is the Tribit Stormbox Max.
Buy the Tribit Stormbox Pro at $90 if you want a medium speaker. Buy the Xdobo X8 Max at $105.99 if you want a large speaker instead.
