Short answer: the Soundcore 3, if you are buying new. The Tribit Stormbox Pro ranks higher than it (#44 vs #62 of 157 medium speakers, 3.7/5 vs 3.4/5) but is discontinued, so only consider it used; the Soundcore 3 is still sold new at $59.99.
The Tribit Stormbox Pro is the better-sounding pick. 24 hour battery life (60% volume, XBass off); doubles as a power bank. It keeps a wired aux input, which the Soundcore 3 lacks. The tradeoff: Bottom woofer was fixed in a later firmware, upgrade for best sound.
The Soundcore 3 is the lighter choice. Identical in acoustic design and performance to the retailer variant Soundcore Select 2. At 0.8 lbs (372 g) it weighs much less than the Tribit Stormbox Pro at 2.2 lbs (980 g). It links with other speakers (PartyCast up to 100 speakers), which the Tribit Stormbox Pro cannot. It plays in stereo from a single unit, unlike the Tribit Stormbox Pro.
Buy the Soundcore 3, since the Tribit Stormbox Pro is discontinued and only worth hunting down used.

Tribit Stormbox Pro: $90 Discontinued eBay
Newer model: the Tribit Stormbox Max. It’s likely to perform similarly, though we can’t confirm that yet.
Pros: 24 hour battery life (60% volume, XBass off); doubles as a power bank. IP67 rated. Multi-point Bluetooth 5.3 pairing. Measured bass extension of 58Hz (-10dB).
Cons: Bottom woofer was fixed in a later firmware, upgrade for best sound. Peaky mids, highs rolled off. Not technically a 360 speaker, only front and rear. Discontinued; Tribit has retired it.
