Buy the ULT10 for active, self-contained operation with a wide rotatable horn and meaningfully deeper measured bass.
Buy the Delta X10 only if you are already running a passive rig with a dedicated subwoofer and want a budget-entry plywood cabinet to fill in with your own amplification.
If sound quality matters at all to you, skip both of these and look higher up the 19 10-inch two-way powered pa speakers instead.
