Short answer: the Onn XL Wireless Party Speaker. It ranks #11 of 46 party speakers by sound quality, rated 4.1/5, at $249; the W-King T12 ranks #21, rated 3.8/5, and costs $439, so there is little reason to consider the other one.
The Onn XL Wireless Party Speaker is the tougher option. A compelling all-in-one party and karaoke package: dual 8-inch woofers, 240W claimed output, two included wireless microphones, dual mic/guitar inputs, karaoke effects and USB-A phone charging. It is rated IPX4, while the W-King T12 has no water resistance. Watch for: Sound favors punch and a forward/bright top end over refinement.
The W-King T12 is the longer-running, lighter choice. A large, capable karaoke-party package with dual 8-inch woofers, independent bass and treble controls, mic and guitar inputs with echo, USB and microSD playback, USB-A charging and TWS pairing. It is rated for 25 hours of battery against 16 for the Onn XL Wireless Party Speaker. At 33.1 lbs (15 kg) it weighs noticeably less than the Onn XL Wireless Party Speaker at 44 lbs (19.96 kg). Watch for: Reviewer comparisons find the tuning boxy and less clear than the better-ranked party speakers, so its size and quoted power do not automatically translate to refined sound.
Buy the Onn XL Wireless Party Speaker. It is rated higher for sound quality than the W-King T12 and costs less, which makes it the one to get unless you need something the other one does better.

The Two Speakers In Full
Onn XL Wireless Party Speaker: $249.00 Walmart $249.00 eBay
Pros: A compelling all-in-one party and karaoke package: dual 8-inch woofers, 240W claimed output, two included wireless microphones, dual mic/guitar inputs, karaoke effects and USB-A phone charging. It plays loudly enough for backyard use and has punchy bass; owners especially like the wheels, telescoping handle and colorful light effects. At 44 lb it is still a substantial cabinet, but the trolley design makes moving it far easier than carrying it.
Cons: Sound favors punch and a forward/bright top end over refinement. Independent comparisons and owner reports find the bass less deep and the overall balance less satisfying than the JBL PartyBox 320; several consider the far-cheaper Onn Large Party gen 2 the better sound-per-dollar buy. Some owners report distortion or static at high volume, and a few report wireless-mic pairing/dropout problems. Large (30 inches tall, 44 lb) and only IPX4 splash-resistant, not a speaker to leave out in rain.

W-King T12: $439.00 Amazon $439.00 Lowest AliExpress $450.60 eBay
Pros: A large, capable karaoke-party package with dual 8-inch woofers, independent bass and treble controls, mic and guitar inputs with echo, USB and microSD playback, USB-A charging and TWS pairing. Its claimed 25-hour battery and trolley-style form make it practical where high output matters more than compact size.
Cons: Reviewer comparisons find the tuning boxy and less clear than the better-ranked party speakers, so its size and quoted power do not automatically translate to refined sound. It is a 15kg, 75cm-tall speaker with no water rating and no app; the physical tone controls are its only meaningful way to adjust the sound.
