Short answer: the Onn Large Party gen 2, since our notes saw no reason to buy the discontinued Partybox 300. The Partybox 300 delivers crisp highs and punchy bass with a bass-boost function, but it is hard to carry, too tall, and there is no real reason to buy one over the cheaper Partybox 100. The Onn costs much less and adds karaoke mic and guitar inputs and wheels, though Consumer Reports found its bass boomy and treble smeared with no app or EQ. The JBL Partybox 300 is discontinued; its replacement is the JBL Partybox 330. If you are buying new, get the JBL Partybox 330.
