Short answer: the Ultimate Ears Boom 3, if you are buying new. The Minirig 3 ranks higher than it (#8 vs #111 of 164 medium speakers, 4.3/5 vs 2.9/5) but is discontinued, so only consider it used; the Ultimate Ears Boom 3 is still sold new at $134.99.
The Minirig 3 is the better-sounding, deeper-bass pick. Modular, can easily attach a subwoofer. Its bass reaches about 53Hz before falling 10dB, against 91Hz for the Ultimate Ears Boom 3. It is rated for 30 hours of battery against 15 for the Ultimate Ears Boom 3. It supports aptX Bluetooth, which the Ultimate Ears Boom 3 lacks. Watch for: Calls itself splash resistant and has no official water rating.
The Ultimate Ears Boom 3 is the tougher pick. Rich and warm bass without muddying mix, crisp highs, excellent 15-hour battery life, stable Bluetooth connectivity, IP67 rated and floats, rugged fabric shell, can pair up to 150 speakers via PartyUp. It is rated IP67 against Splash resistant for the Minirig 3. It plays in stereo from a single unit, unlike the Minirig 3. The catch: Not stereo, barely any bass, recessed treble.
Buy the Ultimate Ears Boom 3, since the Minirig 3 is discontinued and only worth hunting down used.

Pros: Modular, can easily attach a subwoofer. Measured bass extension of 53Hz (-10dB).
Cons: Not stereo. Calls itself splash resistant and has no official water rating. App is buggy. Wireless TWS pairing is buggy. A bit expensive. Has reliability issues more often than any other speaker. Discontinued; Minirig now sells only the Minirig 4, and the old product page redirects to it.

Ultimate Ears Boom 3: $134.99 Amazon eBay
Newer model: the Ultimate Ears Boom 4, ranked higher, rated 2.9/5.

Cons: Not stereo, barely any bass, recessed treble. You can tell from the micro USB that they are just feeding you the same crap hardware over and over, this is inexcusable for a product released in 2021. Lots of mentions of failing batteries on amazon. Not technically a 360 speaker, only front and rear.
