Short answer: the Soundcore Boom 2, if you are buying new. The Mifa Wildbox measures as well as it (#9 vs #10 of 120 large speakers, 4.5/5 vs 4.5/5) but is discontinued, so only consider it used; the Soundcore Boom 2 is still sold new at $99.99.
Both need a firmware update or an EQ to hit their ranked potential. The Wildbox ships with older firmware that sounds noticeably worse until manually flashed; the Boom 2’s stock tuning would rank around #24 without a corrected EQ from Oluv or Alan Ross, due to boosted bass and rising treble.
Once corrected, the tradeoffs are different. The Wildbox is genuinely neutral across the midrange but has boosted upper treble that can fatigue; the Boom 2 has only a single midrange driver, so stereo separation comes from the tweeters alone, and its BassUp mode is better left off.
Buy the Boom 2 for the easier purchase and the well-documented EQ path. Buy the Wildbox only if you can actually find stock and don’t mind flashing firmware yourself.
