The Rockster’s case is being the loudest battery-powered speaker on the site, with deeper bass than the Soundboks 2 and 3. It’s also extremely heavy and not easy to carry, with no stereo mode.
The Partybox 520 is JBL’s biggest battery-powered speaker currently made, with the same handle-and-wheels convenience and lightshow ability as the rest of the Partybox line.
Buy the Partybox 520 if you’re outside Europe or want it now. Buy the Rockster only if you’re in Europe and specifically want the outright loudest option.
