Short answer: the JBL Flip 7 for better sound quality, the Tronsmart T7 Lite for the lower price. The JBL Flip 7 ranks #14 of 136 medium speakers at $129.95. The Tronsmart T7 Lite ranks #117 at $32, $97.95 cheaper.
What the JBL Flip 7 offers: A very neutral speaker, very small, almost pocket size. Just slightly more treble than the Flip 6 which was already a great speaker. Set against that: A little bit of a bump at 4khz, not quite as neutral as the FLip 6. I believe this one is slightly worse than the Flip 6.
On the Tronsmart T7 Lite side: IPX7 rated and light (470g) with a carry lanyard. Pairs with a second T7 Lite for stereo. Watch for: Hugely lacking bass compared to similar size speakers. Sounds hollow and thuddy with frequency dips in the midrange.
Buy the JBL Flip 7 if sound quality matters more than the price. Buy the Tronsmart T7 Lite if the price matters more than sound quality.
If sound quality matters at all to you, skip the Tronsmart T7 Lite. It ranks near the bottom of the 136 medium speakers, so look higher up the list instead.
