Short answer: the JBL Flip 7 for better sound quality, the Tozo PA2 for the lower price. The JBL Flip 7 ranks #14 of 136 medium speakers at $129.95. The Tozo PA2 ranks #107 at $39.99, $89.96 cheaper.
What the JBL Flip 7 gets right: A very neutral speaker, very small, almost pocket size. Just slightly more treble than the Flip 6 which was already a great speaker. The tradeoff: A little bit of a bump at 4khz, not quite as neutral as the FLip 6. I believe this one is slightly worse than the Flip 6.
On the Tozo PA2 side: IPX8 rated, rugged fabric-wrapped design. App offers 16 EQ modes and TWS dual-pairing with a second PA2. Watch for: Quite a bit of bass distortion thudding as you turn the volume up. Bass not that deep.
Buy the JBL Flip 7 if sound quality matters more than the price. Buy the Tozo PA2 if the price matters more than sound quality.
If sound quality matters at all to you, skip the Tozo PA2. It ranks near the bottom of the 136 medium speakers, so look higher up the list instead.
If battery life is a priority, the Tozo PA2 is rated for 25 hours versus 14 hours for the JBL Flip 7.
