Short answer: the JBL Flip 7 for better sound quality, the Earfun Uboom 360 for the lower price. The JBL Flip 7 ranks #14 of 136 medium speakers at $129.95. The Earfun Uboom 360 ranks #30 at $42, $87.95 cheaper.
On the JBL Flip 7 side: A very neutral speaker, very small, almost pocket size. Just slightly more treble than the Flip 6 which was already a great speaker. Set against that: A little bit of a bump at 4khz, not quite as neutral as the FLip 6. I believe this one is slightly worse than the Flip 6.
What the Earfun Uboom 360 offers: Similar to the Maxsound Plus in sound, likely uses the same drivers. Likely the best 360 speaker. The catch: Not stereo. Slightly rolled off treble, not as deep of bass as the best in category.
Buy the JBL Flip 7 if sound quality matters more than the price. Buy the Earfun Uboom 360 if the price matters more than sound quality.
