Short answer: the JBL Flip 7. It ranks #14 of 136 medium speakers by sound quality; the DBSONO X-Blast F37 ranks #91.
On the JBL Flip 7 side: A very neutral speaker, very small, almost pocket size. Just slightly more treble than the Flip 6 which was already a great speaker. Watch for: A little bit of a bump at 4khz, not quite as neutral as the FLip 6. I believe this one is slightly worse than the Flip 6.
The case for the DBSONO X-Blast F37: 25W woofer + 10W tweeter + rear passive radiator. Bluetooth 6.0 with a 30m range and TWS stereo pairing. Set against that: Very recessed lower mids, peaky upper mids, just not a great frequency response overall.
Buy the JBL Flip 7 if sound quality matters more than the price. Buy the DBSONO X-Blast F37 if the price matters more than sound quality.
If water resistance matters to you, the JBL Flip 7 at IP68 (extended submersion) holds up far better than the DBSONO X-Blast F37 at IPX5 (water jets).
